Our one of the firsts architectural work! A 4500 sqft dream residence, impeccably designed within budget and timeline. Located in a neighborhood of ground-plus-one residential schemes, this bungalow needed a distinctive identity to stand out. Our approach involved designing a striking façade with unique elevational features and a welcoming pergola entry. We opted for a minimalist design that enhances the front elevation with a monochrome color scheme and careful material selection.

The result is a visually impactful structure that defies its ground-plus-one context. By focusing on playful square geometry and elevating the volume, we’ve created a lasting impression that makes this bungalow both memorable and inviting. Our design ensures that the home stands out while harmonizing beautifully with its surroundings.
