Jain’s Office

For this office project, we started with the client’s priorities, focusing on maximizing space and functionality. We specified a beamless, precast slab to create an open, voluminous interior in a narrow site. The challenge of limited ceiling heights and structural columns was addressed by integrating these columns into the design. We achieved this by using cantilever desks and wrapping tables around the columns, which optimize space and create a distinctive design feature.

The office design begins with a striking lobby that connects entry and exit points effectively, its linearity aids the client in deep thinking by offering a long, uninterrupted view through its depth. It also supports analytical thinking during meeting calls. Glass elements are used to let in natural light, keeping the space bright and energizing during the day. Ambient lighting ensures the office remains functional and welcoming in the evening.

Natural materials are central to the design, with rich wood accents adding warmth and texture. Italian stone floors provide a sleek, refined look. This combination of materials balances natural beauty with modern sophistication, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
